Empires & Allies: Metric in a Couple of Days

I’ve been watching the application metric of Empires & Allies, the new Zynga game that has just launched last week on Tuesday. I found it interesting to see a huge jump on its Monthly Active Users (MAU) and Daily Active Users (DAU). I’ve been playing the games now, and love it! If you haven’t played it, you can try it by going to www.zynga.com/empires I feel that the game is introducing a new game mechanics. The mechanics is something like Sid Meier's Civilization and Age of Empires combined.

Facebook News Feed Spam

I found there are so many similar post lately on Facebook (such as the one that is shown above). Be careful. When you click the link, it will direct you to a spam-y site that will tempt you to click some of the stuff on the page. I didn’t even bother to explore around, but you could expect that they will make some pop-ups or inject some Spywares or Adwares. Even that’s not enough, but as soon as you click News Feed link (above), it will also be shared as on your profile as a link that you like.
